Coaching and consulting services

Coaching is a supportive process and does not guarantee specific results, as it depends on the client's commitment and actions.

a) The coach is committed to respecting the ethics and standards of conduct established by the International Coaching Federation.
b) The Client is solely responsible for creating and securing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, as well as implementing the decisions, choices, actions and results that arise or result from the coaching relationship, calls and interactions with The Coach. Therefore, The Client accepts that The Coach neither is nor will be liable for any action or omission, nor for any direct or indirect result of the services provided by The Coach, nor for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
c) The Client acknowledges that either party may terminate the relationship at any time and without specifying reasons.
d) The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that can encompass different areas of their life, such as work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client accepts that the decision on how to address these issues and implement options is their sole responsibility.
e) The Client understands that coaching is not therapy, does not replace therapy if necessary, does not diagnose or treat mental disorders, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or illness. The Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to seek any independent professional guidance they require.
f) The Client understands that to enhance the coaching relationship, they agree to communicate honestly, be open to listening to the coach's feedback during each session, and make time to fully participate in the process.
g) All services, coaching sessions, and packages must be prepaid at least 24 hours before the appointment.
h) Payments are non-refundable.
i) The coaching session package has a maximum of 3 months for use.
j) The grace period for each session is 10 minutes. After this time, the appointment is considered canceled.
k) The Client has the right to reschedule the session with at least 48 hours' notice.
l) Cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
m) The coaching relationship and all information shared is subject to the confidentiality principles set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.

Payments and cancellations

Service prices are reported before contracting.

Payments are made securely through authorized providers.

Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session may be considered unused.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, resources) is the property of Wendy Bolívar Consulting and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

Limitation of liability

Our services aim to support your personal and professional development, but we are not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the client outside of the coaching framework.

Changes in terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you review them periodically.
